Konstantin Kravchenko

Originally from Ukraine and based in Austin, Texas, Konstantin combines an engineering foundation in computer science and systems analysis with more than eight years of end-to-end software product work across medical software, AI imaging and surgical intelligence.

His upstream product work includes business cases, product and marketing requirements, cross-functional R&D, machine-learning collaboration and the translation of image-processing algorithms into interfaces clinicians can interpret under pressure. His downstream work includes software portfolio economics, pricing and licensing models, P&L responsibility, launch planning and global go-to-market execution.

Konstantin’s clinical product experience includes real-time imaging guidance, anatomical landmark and risk-zone visualization, device and hospital-data integration, cloud and on-premise deployment and over-the-air software strategy. He works with surgeons, interventional specialists and key opinion leaders through advisory panels, voice-of-customer programs and clinical usability testing.

His product practice is informed by Software as a Medical Device controls, FDA-oriented design processes, HIPAA-aware workflows, medical cybersecurity and the service infrastructure surrounding deployed clinical software. Outside the clinical setting, he applies the same data-driven systems thinking to personal health and endurance training as an amateur triathlete and health-technology coach.
