01

Who is responsible

Wellness by AI is published by Signal House Media. Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests for this publication can be sent to privacy@wellnessbyai.org. We do not publish an office address, registration number or legal status that has not been verified.

02

Information you provide

We receive information you choose to send by email, including your name, email address, organization, message, supporting documents and any professional relationship you disclose. Please do not send sensitive personal, health, financial or confidential client information unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it.

03

Website and analytics data

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 may collect pseudonymous information about pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, device and browser characteristics, referral source and interactions. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Before consent, Google Consent Mode may send limited cookieless consent-status pings while analytics storage remains denied; no Google Analytics cookies are set by us until analytics is accepted.

04

Why we use information

We use information to operate and secure the site, respond to messages, investigate corrections, evaluate editorial submissions, measure aggregate readership with consent, maintain records of commercial relationships and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

05

Service providers and transfers

Hosting, domain, security, analytics and communications providers may process limited information on our behalf under their own infrastructure and contractual terms. Google Analytics storage is enabled only after the consent choice described in our Cookie Policy. External links lead to third-party services governed by their own policies.

06

Retention

Editorial correspondence and correction evidence are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the editorial record, legal obligations and dispute handling. Commercial correspondence is retained while a relationship is active and for a reasonable record-keeping period afterward. Analytics retention is controlled in the relevant Google Analytics property.

07

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Use the Privacy choices control to change analytics consent at any time. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

08

Children and sensitive information

The publication is intended for a professional and general adult audience, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Wellness coverage is informational and the site does not ask readers to submit medical records or diagnostic information.
